Program: Residential tower M1-62

Tower M1-62 is one of the iconic buildings of Meydan city, a new district of Dubai. It reflects the relationship with both the city and the green neighbourhood of the site. Its outlines are organic and merge with the landscape. Above the podium, the panoramic lift located in between the two parts of the building set each one free. The apartments are regarded as horizontal villas with exceptional outlines. They also offer multiple panoramic views, set in a luxurious environment. Each room therefore offers views onto the park or the city. Their interior is organized around flexible and adjustable spaces. All the areas benefit from natural light - even the bathrooms, which are oases for rest and relaxation. At the top of the tower, two-storey apartments are provided with terrace gardens; their vast living rooms open onto swimming-pools. The cupolas above are also mobile and can be open or closed, depending on the seasons. At the top of the podium, a fitness centre gives onto the outer swimming-pool, shaded by a pergola composed of diaphanous sails. It provides residents with private gym services. The centre also features a wide solarium surrounded by lush vegetation. Horizontal sunbreakers, as well as a variation in façade glass panels (which may be transparent or translucid) ensure solar protection and enhance the curves of the tower’s sculptured organic silhouette.
