Yabroudi Villas

Interior design / Housing

twin villas

Yabroudi villas are located close to the seaside, in Dubai’s Umm Suqueim Second district, which features lush vegetation.

The project’s architecture expresses complementary features of a villa, made up of calm, quiet areas designed for family life, as well as reception areas, which are open and welcoming. Two monolithic stone shells allow to identify each of the villas. They are separated by a calm, shaded inner patio.

These shells shelter private bedroom and family room areas. Their wide cantilever shelters reception areas provided with glazed doors opening directly onto the garden.

Large void spaces spread under these double and triple heights and widen the villa area. The blazing light of the Gulf region is thus filtered and modulated in inner areas in order to provide diverse atmospheres, depending on each moment of the day.
