La Folie Richter

Housings, offices, facilities, restaurants, panoramic bar

Its outline is sensual, thanks to its base, “La Folie” is deeply anchored in its territory and within the river banks of the Lez. Its curved structure is slightly twisted as if it were looking for all possible views high up from its panoramic peak. The tower is inspired from the principles of density, intensity and mixing of the sexes that create the combined assets of individual housing and collective housing: household facilities and complimentary services. Its envelope reacts to the climatic environment, allowing it to optimize comfort for the inhabitants as well as users and their energy consumption.
