Since 2003, the City of Montpellier has been developing an urban definition study for Port Marianne - Parc Marianne integrated development area, aimed at turning this new district into the future city centre for the city and its suburbs.The building designed by AS.Architecture-Studio will be built on the plot continuing Port Marianne - Parc Marianne integrated development area and Ernest Granier square.
