Casino Group Headquarters

Office & Industry

Headquarters including office for 1800 people, a 300-seat auditorium, a company restaurant and a 950-place car park.

Casino Group Headquarter imposes itself as a symbolic figure within the new district of Chateaucreux and the city of Saint Etienne. The building structures its environment and makes the most of its surrounding constraints: the triangular shape of the urban block and the differece of levels between the rue du Pérat andthe voie de Bérard.

The base of the edifice brings together all the activities in common as well as the welcoming areas. The central structure, shaped as aspindle ensures the repartition of office spaces that are separated by outdoor gardens.

The spatial organisation of the Casino Group Headquarter responds to the need for the quality of space, security, comfort and progressivness. The sustainable approach developed for this project aims to rationalise and optimise the functioning costs of the building.
